Refund Policy

I understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, please let me know as soon as possible.

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled coaching session are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend a session, are not eligible for a refund.

• ​

Where possible, sessions cancelled with reasonable notice can be rescheduled instead of refunded, subject to availability.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
